I am having the same issue, just bought it recently in Steam but I refunded it. Then bought it again in EA 2days ago app hoping that it would run properly.
I have tried everything that was mentioned in various forums, uninstalled a few programs that possibly conficts with AE anticheat, and even updated my BIOS.
I planned to refund it in EA, but the refund was stricter than Steam. It was 72hrs from purchase for Steam and only 24 hours for EA app. But I didnt know this beforehand and hadnot planned ahead after trying various things to make it run.
This problem has existed for more then 6 months already from what I recall in the forums, and it is unbelievable that there is not a clear solution yet.
