Can’t play online!!!

Subscribed through ea play pro on Wednesday to play f1 25 and i just get communicating with online services stuck top left, can play single player perfectly, connection perfect, doesn't seem to be anything on my end but cant connect to online to play with friends, when i try going online with the communicating to online services message the game then freezes!!!! The communicating with online services message will stay top left until I’m in a race on single player, I’ve tried everything but nothing has worked, haven’t been able to get online once since getting on the game on pc through the ea play pro subscription! So annoying! Impossible to get hold of anyone that works for EA too so I just have to hope someone gets in touch with a solution on here otherwise I’ve paid money just to play single player when it was playing online that I was most interested in!
