Still cant develop them after the first race. So that's 1 Chassis and 3 Engine upgrades that I've researched, but can't develop, so I'm basically locked out of ever having them at this point. So tired of having to start new careers because I'm encountering game-changing bugs like this. SORT IT OUT EA FFS!
