Cant Save mid session save

Do you mean that we have to reset any data in the PlayStation settings, right? Not in the game?

Yeah got the same but i have a solution: go to your settings reset your saved data thats the only solution now for me and it works for me

Same issue here for me on the PS5 PRO, sometimes it lets me save a 1-2 times before it breaks other times it doesn’t work at all. Reported it and not even received a reply or any update on it. Not even noted in the known issues page, trust Codies to ignore issues like this….

Both driver and my team I can't save mid race but grand prix mode works fine. 

I cannot save mid race session. It just gives me "Save Failed" 

I have the exact same problem. 

I cant seem to save my game mid session on career mode it keeps on saying “Save failed” and then gives me a retry button but keeps giving me the same prompt

Hello,

during my driver career race at Canada, I attempted to do a mid session save, it gave me an error with two options, try again or continue without saving. It gave me an option to load the save but it failed when I tried, saying it was corrupted. I decided to leave the race and try to see if the save was corrupted completely or not. I didn’t want to do another 50 laps for nothing. 

It failed to load, giving me an option to retry or continue, I pressed continue and it proceeded to put me back at the start of the race. I attempted to do a mid session save again to determine if this was a bug, it worked fine but when I went to do it again later in the race, it gave me the same error. 

I seen another user report it was possibly due to a safety car but in both instances I didn’t have one come out. 

I’m not sure if this would be useful but the saves it told me were corrupted were called: 

CBCB7BC4 - 6522DF69 -CF228F62

System: PS5 PRO

Version: 1.002.000
