In Career Mode, after completing a session (either Practice or Qualifying), the usual post-session summary screen does not appear. As a result, the "Continue" button is missing, and I cannot proceed ...

Yeah it's happening pretty much every session. Bit tired of constantly restarting the game and session and hoping the dice roll of it working is in my favour.
Game shelved until this is fixed for now. No point even trying to play at the moment.
