In Career Mode, after completing a session (either Practice or Qualifying), the usual post-session summary screen does not appear. As a result, the "Continue" button is missing, and I cannot proceed to the next session. The game remains responsive in terms of music and background animations, but I am stuck on the session screen shown in the attached image. The only way to exit is by force-closing the game using ALT+F4.
This issue still persists even after the v1.03 patch. As shown in the attached screenshot, the screen remains stuck in the same state, and I can’t even close the game normally—it becomes completely unresponsive.
This is soooo annoying.
