I have Callie Mayer enabled in my team and I'm in season 3. It doesn't seem that her stats have improved at all despite have maxed out the personnel facilities that help improve driver rating. I'm using a custom team, not Konnersport.
It won't let me upload my save file.
The stats shown above are from a fresh Konnersport save, they are the same stats she still has in season 3 of my main save.
