ERROR FAILED TO JOIN SESSION. ERROR CODE PP65550.

As you can tell by the title this game just constantly surprises me with some new dumb **bleep** every day. All of a sudden I cannot join no online lobbies invites come through but I constantly receive this message. Im **bleep**ing over it. What is the issue here. ?
