big bug, game not starting. install via steam, not starting

Hi,
never used Windhawk app.
I'm "playing" (splash screen simulator) through steam, my name is B 0 I A C A if is needed for something.
Also I've already reinstalled, verified the game plenty of times. I've added it to windows defender exception, runned as administrator. I also turned off every overlay (from steam, from discord, from AMD adrenaline). I also repaired windows. I tried to use also the ea app but same problem there (chatted with support, refund the game). My drivers are all the latest version.
I guess my problem is with some apps that is in conflict with the anticheat but I have no clue what it can be.
Lastly I want to add that I have the exact same problem with F124, but I can play without problems with EA sports WRC (I don't know if the anticheat is the same)
I also think its another app which is interfering, but I've no idea which! It's hard to tell what software the anti-cheat could be flagging.
It's particularly hard especially because, in my case, I have no "personalization" apps like windhawk, and almost every running processes are system processes. I gave a look at my app list from the control panel to see if there are potentially suspicious apps but I don't think there are.
Could be Fnatic OP or maybe Riot Vanguard since that's another Anti-cheat they could be fighting with each other.
Uninstalled both but unfortunately doesn't work still. Anyway, thankyou
So guys a developer from codemasters helped me out!
Go to 'C:\Windows\System' (NOT System32) and check if you have any files in here (This folder is usually empty, or doesn't exist). If you do have a file called 'amd_ags_x64.dll' in this folder, rename it to 'amd_ags_x64.dll_backup' then launch the game again.
If there are also other files like bink2w64.dll rename them bink2w64.dll_backup too.
