I also think its another app which is interfering, but I've no idea which! It's hard to tell what software the anti-cheat could be flagging.
So guys a developer from codemasters helped me out!
Go to 'C:\Windows\System' (NOT System32) and check if you have any files in here (This folder is usually empty, or doesn't exist). If you do have a file called 'amd_ags_x64.dll' in this folder, rename it to 'amd_ags_x64.dll_backup' then launch the game again.
If there are also other files like bink2w64.dll rename them bink2w64.dll_backup too.
This worked for me finally, thank you Olly from codemasters.
