Ideas
So guys a developer from codemasters helped me out!
Go to 'C:\Windows\System' (NOT System32) and check if you have any files in here (This folder is usually empty, or doesn't exist). If you do have a file called 'amd_ags_x64.dll' in this folder, rename it to 'amd_ags_x64.dll_backup' then launch the game again.
If there are also other files like bink2w64.dll rename them bink2w64.dll_backup too.
This worked for me finally, thank you Olly from codemasters.
Glad this worked for you! Unfortunately, the folder is empty for me so I'm still on the hunt for a fix. Enjoy playing!

Could you please share what the developer told you to fix this problem? F125 is my first Formula game and I'm having the same problems with little to no help from anyone :(
