right. same thing happened to me. if the game never fully starts there isn't going to be a F1 25 folder to make changes in.

There has been plenty of info given Steve. This is dumb at this point. Certain people get one-on-one help from Devs, others don't. You can't legitimately be trying to push this back onto the end user right? or are you just confused as to what customer service is? This is a load of absolute crap. You haven't even provided decent guidance. You've just continued to tell us to go to files and find stuff that NONE of us have because the game refuses to launch, now thats not your issue or fault but don't sit here and be condesending when plenty of us are trying to help, have offered to provide any and all information requested and we've gotten silence. So yeah, quite a few of us are rightfully upset. This should not be a "he has other query" thing. THIS SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY. Stop trying to back up a company that released a game that DOES NOT WORK
Dear Devs, you have known about this for too long and we are all growing sick and tired. One thing I ask for is that you give us an approximate time to when you will try and have the fix for. I understand the game has just come out, but the amount of service really needs to be fixed. Regards.

Haven't been able to play online at all since paying for the ea play pro subscription to play f1 25 through PC, i load up the game and get communicating with online services stuck top left, cant see my mail or play anything online, single player is fine but i want to play online and haven't done it once! Have tried everything its nothing to do with my connection. Have replied to lots of forums and inboxed Groquet and heard nothing. Absolute joke, EA are shocking!!!!
Please can you let me know how to get it touch with the devs?

Seems to be allot of preferential treatment by the Devs, fix a few players issues, and ignore the masses. I sent a PM to EA_Groguet about 5 days ago and have been completely ignored. Probably because I have been open about my frustrations in these forums with EA and their lack of responses to actually fix this issue that is affecting allot of people who spent very good money for a game they cannot use.
I am becoming increasingly convinced that they are most likely in over their heads and don't know how to actually fix the problems with the game crashing at launch, or they just don't care. TBH I don't know which is worse, but it speaks allot about the company and how they treat their customers.

How do I get a refund? I'm not getting any help. My game is crashing. It says I am not allowed a refund due to playing 16mins, however this is entirely the time the game has spent to launch, not actual play time. Please help me to get a refund ASAP. Thanks.
