Are we still just going to be left in the dark about this? Even after the update that EA put out, even though no fix was listed, I was still hopeful maybe it would fix the issue. Go to launch F1 25 and yep, still the same issue. Why is the issue only with F1 25? Why can I launch every other EA game I have with LITERALLY NO ISSUES but F1 25 refuses to launch. Why EA. WHY CAN WE NOT GET ANY HELP FOR A GAME WE ALL PAID FOR??????

My game keeps freezing and crashes. I can't play at all. I have 6h played, but i didn't play a single second because it keeps crashing with no reason. I've tried everything.. like updating drivers, BIOS, repairing/re-install the game.. nothing worked for me. Any solutions?

Thought I'd leave this here. I was having this same issue. Splash screen would load, disaapear than drop me back to the EA app. Same thing has happened in F1 23, F1 24, and WRC on this same PC. On a whim, I tried on my laptop (Framework 16) and everything worked. So I started digging into the differences.
Turns out I was running the Microsoft Global Secure Access client (it's an enterprise product, I'm a SysAdmin). There was never any indication of any sort of network issue. Packets weren't being dropped, DNS resolves, and the client never had any policy (so it was effectively off). But removing that client (which is one of the very few differences between the two systems) resolved this issue for me.
Check if you are running ANYTHING that might be proxying traffic. Your AV, a VPN client, third-party firewall, etc. My guess is that Javelin doesn't know how to handle this and it just craps out trying to hand off to the game EXE. Of course there's no logs so.........just my speculation.
Guys big news! I tried to open it once more at it said: Please reinstall F1 25 due to some files being wrong (not word for word), so I did. I then launched it after reinstalling it and it surprisingly worked! I don't know what happened sorry, but shout out to the person who fixed it. Like I said I have no idea what really happened, but I hope it is also fixed for all of you... please let me know.

Probably because this is only happening to a small percentage of people. Of the millions that bought the game I bet you only a 1000 are having this issue so it's not top priority over content release for next season's unlockables.
I guess just hope we get a fix or a work-around. Or find a piece of hardware that will play this game for me.
But also the lack of communication with the amount of topics on this is staggering. One little reply would help.

Being helpful would be a nice change.
How do I get a refund? I'm not getting any help. My game is crashing. It says I am not allowed a refund due to playing 16mins, however this is entirely the time the game has spent to launch, not actual play time. Please help me to get a refund ASAP. Thanks.
