F1 25 - lost crazy amount of experience etc from Practice Session (PS5)

Douglas673 This may sound like a bit of a stupid question but with the report code, is it just the same all the time or have you got to have the issue and use the report code when the issue is on screen. I’ve used the report code before so I don’t know.

This is my 1st time using it. I started up the game & checked it at every stage from beginning to end & it was the same code each time, so that’s the 1 I sent. 🤷🏻
