F1 25 Challenge Career bug - unable to proceed since Lando Norris career in June

I continue learning each and every day of my life. But this scenario is a first for me……I’m astonished that no one seems seems to give a rats rear end about this career challenge bug that’s been unsolved for, to my knowledge, at least 2 versions of this game….but I’m too lazy to check if it’s actually three versions up to now. 
Are we just supposed to happily be content with spending 100 scraped and hard earned bucks for a product that is 85 % complete? I can’t believe no one’s making a a louder stink about this **bleep**. At the very minimum, please update me, with the lack of progress, then after you accept your lack of accomplishment, muster up a procedure to refund me 15% od what I forked out for PlayStation 4 and 5 versions of F124.  Please refrain sending a reply with an apology or **bleep** explanation. Get to the meat and potatoes of how I get my bread back.
