Hi! I'm not downloading your png but I might have had the same issue. I had to use a VPN and after that I couldn't connect to EA anymore and got errors as well randomly. What fixed it for me was enabling the steam overlay as that is needed to log in to EA again. I don't know if this was your issue but hopefully it works!
