Hello ! I bought F1 25 a few weeks ago through Steam, but I cannot launch it. I click the play button, the splash screen opens for 10-20 seconds, then the game closes.
I tried a lot of different fixes, such as verifying files, restarting PC, clearing cache in EA app, install a new graphic car driver, running the game as admin, reinstalling EA anticheat and the game itself, but not of those seem to fix the issue. I have contacted EA live support, but the fixes given By EA support (Reinstalling anticheat, installing new driver, clearing cache, clean boot of PC) but none of those worked either. I also use the Logitech G923 steering wheel, and use Windows 10 if this helps.
I would like to kindly ask EA to investigate this issue. It would be great if this issue can be fixed. If no other fixes are available, a refund would be highly appreciated. Thanks !
