I have every thing maxed out to 1000 tech I can no longer keep up with any one I'm at least 4 seconds behind per lap in invitationals my lap times I used to get I now cant I'm on pc and this is gett...

I can now confirm as I have resorted to doing it if you dismantle your vehicle parts back to 100 it will make your car much faster.i was very reluctant to do it DO NOT dismantle your team.
I also tested it by putting 900 parts back on which resulted in the car been slow again so untill this problem is fixed I won't be upgrading car parts.it is now fun to drive again as I can keep up with others hope this helps all that are struggling.
