Fanatec DD+ Wheel sometimes buttons not working

Hi i have a problem with my Fanatec DD+ Wheel or Wheelbase. When im driving everything works fine but when im in the Mainscreen or options Menu or trying to assign buttons just a few buttons are working. Dont where the problem is because on the F124 game everything works just fine everywhere but in F125 like i said on some Screens some buttons dont work and also the controler then has the same issue when plugged in simultanously with the Fanatec wheel. But like i said while driving everything works fine and also on the older games F124 and F123 everything works fine.
