Force feed back issues related to frame rate

Uncapped fps (200+) causes sudden burst or loss of force feed back and even turns by itself even with the car stopped, capping my fps to 190 or less fix the issue even if the ffb still feels a bit off, i've got a g29 but there are other people with different wheels encoutering the same issue and getting it fixed by also capping their fps, ive talked to a guy that had to cap it to 60 fps in order to make the wheel behave normally, this shouldnt be a permanant fix to this issue. It actually feels feels like the wheel force feedback is not in sync with the game and therefore the wheel feels laggy and not sharp as in f1 23
