Game crashes on the desktop every time I load into a race

I played the driver's career and everything worked. Then I simulated T1 in China and the game crashed. Since then, every time I load the career or load into a race, the game crashes and takes me to the desktop with no errors. Career, BP, Time Trail, Grand Prix and Multiplayer it crashes everywhere.

I have already

- reinstalled/updated GPU drivers

- Updated Windows

- Updated BIOS

- Changed/downgraded graphics options

- repaired the game via the EA app, re-downloaded the game

- deleted all save files

None of this has helped

I use EA Play Trail and lost 2 hours of trail time just for trying to fix the game. I was actually planning to buy it, because the gameplay is probably the best in recent years.

  • I have the same problem, I did these too, but I can't last 10 minutes and the game keeps closing, but if there's a way to make it better, I'd like an answer because that's not why I bought it for 60 euros.

  •  i fixed my issue by going to file explorer > documents > My Games>F125> Hardware setting

    -right click hardware_settings_config

-scroll down until you see: <rt_pathtrace enabled="true" />

Set it to FALSE and SAVE

restart steam and this should work, before you do the above steps, make sure to verify the game files integrity on steam and then close steam (Exit) do the above steps and open steam and run the game

For me, it's set to FALSE by default — what should I do in this case? Also, I have the game on the EA App, not on Steam.
