Game freezes in MyTeam after Session

In MyTeam the game freezes in some cases after a session ends. It encountered in Training and Race so far. The Screen freezing is shown in the attachements, as well as systemconfig, Due to the game crashing regularly, I have to run it in windowed mode.

Basic info about components:
- Asus Rog-Strix Z690-A Mainboard
- Intel Core i9-14900K Processor
- 64 GB Corsair Dominator RAM (Game crashes also with 32GB Vengeance)
- Windows 11 Pro (24H2)

i have the same issue on ps5, post session the track is shown with no results and no ability to pause/use menu (have to close the app and restart)...upon reload, the session is restarted with nothing saved

It only happens when I played an F1 World Event before and then go for a career race in myteam. I have completed Podium Pass already and this combination might be the issue
