Hello, there is still a bug on cost cap.

I started a new career after I’ve encountered the bug on my first career cause it was older than patch 1.04 that was supposed to fix this bug, but after a new season on a new career save, my cost cap on the start of season 2 looks like this (I’ve attached a photo). To catch up to where I was on my old career I started a new one with max resources so I’ve spent a lot during my first year, but in my second year as you can see my spending is still is at the same amount I spent at the end of the previous season BUT the cost cap is at the same bar. I’ve signed Russell and Piastri with a contract of 20 million each and I think that with mixed cost of running facilities I should be at 45/50 million spent not 85 which is exactly what I’ve spent in the previous season. Pls fix it or at least explain to me how it works in this game.
