How to disable dx 12 in f1 25

I'm having a problem where the screen freezes and the game crashes without errors. After running several tests with MSI Afterburner, I realized that my vram is almost maxed out, after which it resets and the game crashes. I have rtx 2080 super and I decided that the first thing I should do is run game with DX11. But I've tried everything I could, adding a command directly to the config, delete xml config file, changing Steam launch settings, but the game still runs on DX12. Are there any other ways to force the game to launch through DX11?
