Huge My teamMoney glitch which has ruined my Career save

I am finished season 8 of my team as I mainly just sim races and do qualifying and had over 2.14 billion pounds and when the game did the season finish screen on the money screen, for a split second a - symbol appears next to the money and it disappeared moments later, then when I did the engine supplier screen it showed in red I had -2.146 billion pounds, is this due to being over the maximum money and it only let me choose Renault which is much worse than any other engine and pretty much ruins my chances of winning a 5th straight constructors championship, and also ruins my career mode
