There is a massive delay in steering compared to F1 2020. When I move the joystick, the car takes 500ms to 1 second to respond to my input. I have just tested with F1 2020, so the gamepad is working ...

Did you find a fix for this?
I don't think there's a real fix for it, looks like something related to the game engine steering system. The only was I was kind of able to fix it was by increasing the sensitivity. There's still a delay at sometimes, but it's smaller due to the faster steering speed of the higher sensitivity.
