Could be a while I reported my wheel not working properly since patch month ago still being treated as new comment so not able to play game I paid over £75 for. If your a regular on the forums I notice you get priority, developers seem happy to fix small things like tyre smoke or nerf the ai to help slower drivers but blatantly ignored when your a newbie on the forums and the happy to take my money but can't make the game playable and no correspondence ever
