Glitch where the development cost of an upgrade is $0 and cannot be selected. I currently have it for all departments but Aerodynamics as there was another glitch that did not tell me / show me about a regulation change.
Basically ruins my, My Team car as one driver cannot have half of my upgrades, I'm in my fourth season so have almost all upgrades

I have the same issue! Just started S3 of My Team and I had researched items held over from S2. Now they’re showing as $0 and I cannot select any of them for development. Really frustrating as I want to continue developing in this save file without having to restart. Have there been any workarounds or talk of a patch coming to address the myriad of My Team issues I’ve been reading about?
