No force feedback on the Thrustmaster T-GT II wheel

My wheel (Thrustmaster T-GT II with the SF1000 add on has no force feedback. I’ve tried restarting both the game and the wheel multiple times, as we as changing a lot of settings, but I can’t get it to work

    I have the same issues sometimes when a race start, but after a pitstop it's working again.

    I don't have it every race.

    I have a thrustmaster t300 with a sf1000 wheel, my software from the base and the wheel are updated.
