When my teammate goes into the pits, he is held for no reason. This ruined his race and costs points for the constructors. Please fix as I see this as game breaking.

Please fix this, in my third season of My Team Career and it’s happening in every race, absolutely ruining the game
This MyTeam game breaking issue has been over 1 month. Why is it still not fixed? For a yearly game, it's almost 10% of its life time. I couldn't believe the game team isn't taking it seriously.
if this continues, I think every my team player just deserves a refund.Any updates on what is happening with this, are we going to see a fix or is the pointless even playing the game anymore???
