When my teammate goes into the pits, he is held for no reason. This ruined his race and costs points for the constructors. Please fix as I see this as game breaking.

This is making the game unplayable. I made an account of how many times my team mate started in a points position. In season 5 alone, my team mate started in points position 17 times. Out of that 17 times, he ended up winning points only twice because he was held up in the pit stop for more than 20 seconds. This is Infuriating.
