Safety car problems at the end of the race

At the end of the 100% Canada race, one driver retired on lap 67, prompting the safety car to be deployed. On the next lap, which was lap 68, the safety car was sent in again. The remaining 17 drivers finished the race, but encountered problems after crossing the finish line. Unfortunately, it is common for drivers to crash after crossing the finish line. This is what happened here, as the game sent out the safety car this time. I haven't seen this happen very often before. The lap display jumped from 70/70 down to 67/70.
