Sonny Hayes Helmet not received

Having the same problem. Only got Pearce, not Sonny 

I am also having the same problem. Completed all of the chapters and watched the trailer but nothing is showing up

Bewoss​ Thanks for confirming. If you can show screenshots that all the chapters are completed (including the preview) and that your in-game mail is empty, that would be appreciated - then we can look to investigate.
