Same issue reported here with plenty of in game codes. Playing the DLC yesterday I encountered the issue twice. Mostly occurs in multiplayer but has happened once or twice in single player too. From what I gather it can affect PC and Xbox but much worse on PS5, and the drop outs can affect wheel too but mostly controller

About 90% of the time the vibrations disappear when the connection symbol appears on the screen, meaning someone is lagging, then when that disappears the vibrations for curbs come back weaker than normal, but not vibrations for turning the car, which makes it harder to drive.
