The guy who said it happens more often at tracks with walls might be on to something, I have noticed that too. Happens constantly at Madrid and Baku especially for me. A report code from a 5 lapper lobby, started happening on lap 2 at Madrid, then persisted into Miami and would've stayed until I restarted my game, when I pause and unpause they come back for about 2 corners: VTHC-P2GC-LLBK-VKHJ
