Hopefully if enough of us complain, they actually fix this. For what its worth, jeroen posted a link above to an AMD forum thread discussing the same issue, if anyone wants to post there as well. The more voices the better.
I've also submitted a support ticket to AMD, and actually heard back from someone today (link is in the AMD forum thread). Maybe they can escalate it to someone who can actually fix the issue. I submitted a bug report a while ago to AMD and didn't hear anything.
