Bug may be related to framerate as well.
After I forced my monitor to 60 Hz, the problem is gone. But I can't play anymore with more than 60 fps.
Only in-game setting fixed 60 or limit to 60 does not work.
I had to lower the refresh rate in my windows display settings to 60 Hz.
