Wheel freezes and I can turn but I can’t upshift or downshift

My wheel keeps freezing and in my game I can’t up shift or down s and it goes from green mode (Xbox) to yellow mode and said it lost connection to my wheel in my game I have the csl base McLaren gt3 wheel also had it on f1 25
