I've just had my first wet race (at Imola). Wet, dry, wet, dry. Everyone started on inters, went to slicks, back to inters, then finished on slicks. At no time was DRS unavailable.
To paraphrase Martin Bundle, if we've got conditions on track that are wet enough to warrant inters (or full wets) why would race control allow you to go even faster by making DRS available.
I'll be the first to admit I've never read any F1 technical document, but it seems plausible to me that, prior to those 2-3 laps when the track is really drying, DRS would be unavailable for the portion of the wet weather when the track is obviously affected.
Maybe the game considered that it wasn't as wet as I thought it was and therefore made DRS available all the time, but please double-check that there isn't a glitch here.
