✅[Resolved] Error occurs when trying to redeem pack

I have pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting this error in screenshot below.

This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5.

Screenshots are taken on PC WEB companion APP.

On PC and Mobile APP when i click 'Ok' on error prompt I get automatically logged out. In-game on PS5 I get same error message and pack gets removed from Store until I logout and login again.

UPDATE

The issues redeeming Packs from the Unassigned Items screen should be resolved for players.

    I have the same issue cant open my rewards from Fut Champs Qualifying because of this

    I am on PS5 and opened the pack that had the 1500 SP in it. The pack stuck for me is the totw provisions pack.

    I cannot do anything. It's just stuck in the same limbo. The problem still persist on the companion app. Is there an ETA for this fix?
