I opened a regular gold pack after doing an sbc there was an item pick pack after i quick sell all the pack I proceeded to redeem that pack it crashed my game and logged me out, and every time I want to redeem it or open it I got logged out, I tried opening it on the web app but there is no difference it still logs me out.
this pack is so annoying it prevents me from opening any pack from my store as it considers as an item pick.

I have the same issue. cant open any packs in the store because i got an "unlock bronze pack" item there that just stops me from opening any of my packs. it wont go away and same as you it buggs out and disconnect when trying to open it. been this way for a day now. please help
I talked to ea support it seems like they don’t know how to fix it out. that’s insane
