Cannot Access Market Even After Finishing UT Foundations Objectives

I just started playing recently. I finished my UT Foundations Objectives and claimed the rewards, but I still cant access the transfer market. Couldnt find a way to contact support for help. Any fixe...

What if you have met all the objectives without exception and the market has still not been activated in the web and companion app for almost 9 months? I'm slowly becoming desperate.
