Cannot Access Market Even After Finishing UT Foundations Objectives

I just started playing recently. I finished my UT Foundations Objectives and claimed the rewards, but I still cant access the transfer market. Couldnt find a way to contact support for help. Any fixe...

It has been approx. 2 months now, and Transfer Market is still locked for me, and support is not helping. Again I am talking about the ingame market not the web app.

Is it fixed now? I am having the same problem now, finish the OBJ but cant use market in game.
