Cannot create ban history appeal

Dear EA team,

My account was banned with mistake and I tried to appeal but I cannot create the case. That means no one receive the appeal request. I have been waiting for many days and no response and no tickets created....

I believe a big amount of the players are banned and have no ways to appeal and in the local media this has been raised..... please help me unlock my account....
