You are not alone. I was just banned in BF6 | EA Forums - 12735886 There are a lot of us.
To create a ticket:
- Log off from the EA website
- go to this link https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/
- choose Continue as guest
- give your email address
- submit ticket as email
- Ticket will be created and assigned to your account and you will be able to see the status of it
