Cannot play any online games

I noticed that after playing with cross-play on I had this issue. At the moment I cannot play rivals, champs, or cups. The interesting thing is that it takes me into a game and logs me out once the game is about to start. I receive the “you lost connection…” however, I tried using different lineups and it only happens when I use my primary squad. If I used other players not from my primary squad in the line up it will play the game. If you need videos I can show you.
