Cannot request new draft token

Last night I was playing Draft mode on PS5 and got wrongfully disconnected after 4 in game minutes. So I went to request a draft token on the EA website and it is not working. After submitting my request it states that the tool will check, but after hours of waiting there is still no result. I tried different devices and it is not working
