Champions League Kick Off: Liverpool vs Real Madrid – Replays & Exit Freeze

I’ve been running into a consistent bug in EA Sports FC 25 (latest patch, clean install, no mods). It only happens in Kick Off → Champions League → Group Stage → Liverpool vs Real Madrid.The match itself plays fine.But during replays / cutscenes / menus, the players just stand frozen doing nothing.If I try to exit the match (pause → quit), the game goes to a black screen and never recovers. Only way out is Alt+F4.

This does not happen with any other matchup I’ve tested. It seems to be specific to Liverpool vs Real Madrid in UCL mode.

• Steps I’ve tried with no success:
  • Deleted all settings/squad files from AppData
  • Reset squads to default
  • Reinstalled the game completely
• Still happens every time with that fixture.
