Championship match disconnected - got "Under review" message

Towards the end of a Champions match, both my opponent and I were disconnected and received a "Match under review" message. The match did not count towards my progress, which meant I didn't get the 13/13 played objective for the "Team of the Season: Champions Heritage" despite definitely having played the 13 games??
