Companion app and web app keeps loading forever…

Hey Killerb7xx Have you recently unlinked your platform account from your EA account? This could be causing similar issues.

Yes i recently did ! So to gain access should i link my account again ?

HelloEA_Pulsar i hope you’re doing good man , bro I can’t link my ea account to psn because there is another account linked to it apparently and i talked to the owner of the linked account to unlink it so i can link my account and he couldn’t unlink it ! it says that the account will be linked until September 2025 i can show u the screenshots of our chat if u want ! Anyway this is a big problem cause i can’t access to my companion app it keeps loading infinitely and you told me in your replay of my bug report that’s maybe cause my account is not linked to a specific platform like psn or whatever ! what can i do please help man ! Im tired of doing every sbc on ea fc25 on console ! it takes time and i have to be on time at home to be able to do them before they expires always ! Im sorry for righting all that but i really need help ! And i will really appreciate it bro!

EA_Pulsarthe problem is the ea account owner is locked linked until September and the unlink box is locked ! It means he cant unlink his account and i can’t link mine and my biggest issue is my companion app which is not working and i really need it to do ea fc25 stuff ! There is even an evolution which can be started only on web app or companion app…  If there is anything i should do or try please tell me and if u can help me with any sort i will really appreciate it 🙏 thanks a lot for responding and be patient with me man
